Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of Olympus Cleanse, you are entering into a legally binding agreement. These Terms of Service govern all cleaning contracts, one-off specialized deep cleans, and recurring maintenance schedules. Utilization of our website or acceptance of a quote constitutes your full agreement to these terms without modification.

Note: These terms are subject to periodic updates to reflect changes in UK health and safety regulations or company policy. We will notify active clients of any material changes via the email address on file.

Services Description

Olympus Cleanse provides professional commercial cleaning services in London, including but not limited to:

  • Daily Office & Corporate Cleaning
  • Deep Cleaning & Sanitisation
  • Specialized Floor Care (Stripping/Waxing)
  • Professional Window Cleaning
  • Post-Construction Cleanup

The specific scope of work for your premises will be explicitly detailed in your unique Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Quotes and Payment

Quotes are provided following a site visit or detailed video consultation and remain valid for 30 days. Our payment structure is as follows:

  1. Invoicing: For recurring clients, invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for the prior month's work.
  2. Terms: Standard payment terms are Net 14 days from the date of invoice.
  3. Methods: We accept BACS transfers, corporate credit cards, and direct debits via GoCardless.

Late payments may incur a daily interest rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that business needs change. However, to manage our staffing efficiently, we require the following notice periods:

  • One-off Services: 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% service fee.
  • Recurring Contracts: 30 days written notice to terminate or significantly alter the cleaning frequency.

Client Obligations

To ensure Olympus Cleanse can perform at the highest standard, the client agrees to:

  1. Provide safe and unobstructed access to the premises at the scheduled time.
  2. Ensure electricity and running water are available for use by our cleaning teams.
  3. Inform us of any specific security protocols or hazardous materials present on-site.

Liability and Insurance

Olympus Cleanse maintains comprehensive Public Liability Insurance up to £5,000,000 and Employer’s Liability Insurance. While we take extreme care, our liability for incidental damage is limited to the cost of repair or the insurance deductible, whichever is lower. We are not liable for pre-existing wear and tear or structural defects.

Confidentiality Commitment

We understand that our teams operate in sensitive business environments. All Olympus Cleanse personnel are vetted and have signed non-disclosure agreements regarding any proprietary information they may encounter during the performance of their duties.

Data Protection Compliant

Governing Law

These terms and any resulting agreement are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
